Privacy
NextAva uses PostHog analytics in the browser to measure how the directory is used. This helps us improve the site and provide imaging clinics with monthly performance summaries.
What we do not use
- Cookies — we do not set analytics cookies. PostHog is initialized with in-memory persistence only.
- Session replay — session recording is disabled.
- IP addresses — we configure analytics not to rely on stored IP data for visitor identity; we do not store postal codes or browser location on our servers.
What we collect
Anonymous event counts: page views, clinic listing views, and clicks on call, website, booking, requisition, instructions, and directions links. Events include clinic and page metadata (for example clinic ID and city) so reports can be broken down per clinic.
Monthly reports summarize event counts from the directory (page views on your listing, calls, website visits, booking and requisition clicks, and directions). We do not use unique-visitor counts for billing or reporting: analytics run cookieless with in-memory storage only, so repeat visits are not deduplicated into a single person profile.
Autocapture is off; we only send events we define explicitly when you use search, filters, or clinic action buttons.
